Plot
A bounty hunter pig finds himself traveling the world with a free-spirited elephant he was intent on capturing. The images of Bill the Cat by writer Berkeley Breathed from the Bloom County comic strip can be considered one of Hitpig’s bounties and on a makeshift parachute. Pickles: Eat your heart out, Dumbo! Or if this film was released with the foil sound almost completely missing. The soundtrack seemed to be missing an entire section of the foil art. There are voice actors, a musical score.

But only 10% of the special sound effect was present. But it’s like the foil department created the bare minimum of atmospheric sound. Outdoor scenes, like on the street, are completely devoid of any street environment sounds. Just dialogue, a musical track, and a few sound effects. For example: like a door closing.
But nothing else
Or a car starting up. Just flat and quiet. The animation isn’t terrible. The story and general plot are okay. The voice actors do their job.

But either the mixing department forgot to include most of the foil soundtrack. OR! I think for the first time.
